Toni ~ Love at First Sight

My very first visit to Easton, Pennsylvania was Wednesday, November 23, 1966. Phil had invited me here for Thanksgiving weekend. I had heard there would also be a football game but didn’t realize just how much that rivalry meant to the community. My future mother-in-law, Kitty Mitman, took me on a driving tour of Easton that first afternoon because Phil was at work in Allentown. As we toured Easton, it was love at first sight: I loved everything about Easton…the location, the architecture and the history. And nothing has changed in 57 years.
